2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on cvc99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a firm minimum — no exceptions apply, regardless of the age of majority in your location.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) registering and using the account solely for personal entertainment.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on cvc99 or on any other gambling platform that extends to cvc99.
• You must register using your own accurate personal details. Registering under a false identity or using another person's identity documents is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud.
• You must hold only one active cvc99 account at any time. Operating multiple accounts is prohibited.

cvc99 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including proof of age, proof of identity, and proof of the payment method used. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full cvc99 platform, you must register an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for ensuring that your registration details remain current and accurate throughout your use of the platform. The following rules apply to all cvc99 accounts:

• You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Your username and password are personal to you.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account, whether or not you authorised it. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify cvc99 immediately.
• cvc99 may ask you to verify your identity (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other time we consider it appropriate. KYC documents typically include a national ID, passport, or other government-issued identification.

Accounts that remain inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. cvc99 will attempt to notify users before a dormancy classification is applied. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee as stated in the applicable fee schedule. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and completing identity verification if required.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on cvc99 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules govern all payment transactions on the platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank may also be available subject to current platform configuration.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. cvc99 does not permit withdrawal to a different wallet, card, or account than the one used to fund the cvc99 wallet.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal request can be approved. cvc99 reserves the right to delay processing of withdrawal requests pending satisfactory completion of KYC.
• cvc99 reserves the right to conduct additional checks on any withdrawal request, including requests for source-of-funds documentation, where required by applicable policy. Withdrawal requests that do not pass these checks may be refused and the account may be referred for further investigation.

Deposits made in error by the player may not be reversible once they have been credited to the cvc99 wallet and used in gameplay. Players are encouraged to verify all payment details before completing a deposit. cvc99 will endeavour to assist with genuine error rectification requests submitted promptly to [email protected].

5. Bonuses and Promotions

cvc99 offers bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated for an individual promotion:

• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement is expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x) and is stated clearly in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been withdrawn or have not met the wagering requirement by the stated expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
• cvc99 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus — including associated winnings — if there is evidence that the bonus was claimed in breach of these Terms or any specific promotion terms, including through use of multiple accounts, collusion, or exploitation of a technical error.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the same wagering requirements unless the promotion specifically states that winnings from free spins are credited as withdrawable cash.

Promotional offers from cvc99 are intended for recreational players only. cvc99 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or restrict promotional offers for any player at any time at our sole discretion, including in cases where a player's betting pattern is inconsistent with recreational play.

6. Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting and casino game activity on cvc99. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game or betting market on the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. cvc99 does not accept requests to cancel or modify a confirmed bet except in circumstances where a technical error has materially affected the bet, as determined by cvc99 in its sole discretion.
• In the event of a system malfunction, network error, or game provider outage that affects the integrity of a bet or game round, cvc99 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the player's cvc99 wallet.

7. Responsible Gaming

cvc99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The following tools and policies form part of cvc99's responsible gaming framework and are available to all registered players at no charge:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account to control their spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Players may configure alerts that notify them when they have been playing continuously for a specified period. cvc99 recommends taking regular breaks during extended play sessions.
• Loss limits: Players may set a maximum loss amount for a defined period. Once the loss limit is reached, no further bets may be placed until the period resets, regardless of account balance.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on cvc99. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one cvc99 account, whether under the same or different identity details.
• Using any automated tool, bot, script, or software to interact with the cvc99 platform, including but not limited to betting bots, odds scraping tools, or session automation software.
• Colluding with other players, including through coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit platform mechanics or guarantee mutual profit.
• Attempting to exploit any technical error, glitch, or misconfiguration on the platform to generate winnings that would not arise under normal operation.
• Using the cvc99 platform to launder money, process payments on behalf of a third party, or otherwise use the platform for any purpose other than personal gambling entertainment.

cvc99 reserves the right to withhold any balance associated with an account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct pending investigation. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, the entire account balance may be forfeited and the account permanently closed without prior notice.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

cvc99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC; account inactivity; or at cvc99's sole discretion where continued operation of the account is considered contrary to the interests of the platform or its players.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting cvc99 support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any withdrawable balance will be processed back to the verified payment method on file, subject to standard KYC checks. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the cvc99 platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, logos, game interfaces, and data — is the exclusive property of cvc99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No content from the cvc99 platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, displayed, or transmitted in any form without the prior written consent of cvc99.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cvc99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, even if cvc99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

cvc99's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or from use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

cvc99 processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at https://cvc99.bet/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using cvc99, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. cvc99 uses SSL encryption to protect data in transit and applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data at rest. cvc99 does not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

13. Amendments to These Terms

cvc99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, cvc99 will endeavour to provide registered players with reasonable notice of the changes, which may be by email, in-platform notification, or by posting a notice on the cvc99 website. The date of the most recent revision will be displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms.
